Situated at a stone's throw from the shops and opposite the outdoor leisure centre, this 3-star residence is made up of 58 apartments, in a 4-storey building with two lifts. Footpaths are within easy reach.

The apartments, the studio apartment with cabine for 2/4 and the 2-roomed apartment with cabine for 5/6 pers are all fully equipped : kitchenette (microwave/grill, dishwasher, fridge, electric hotplate), bathroom or shower with toilet (separate toilet for apartments for 5/6 people), television (at extra cost)and terrace or balcony.
